Delivery Terms

Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from Istanbul, the shipping company will deliver your order within 1–3 days.

Delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on the production process. Delivery details and estimated timelines for such products are specified on the respective product pages.

In the event of any issue caused by us, you will be notified using the contact information provided in your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on public holidays and festive days.

All selected products will be delivered to you by our contracted shipping companies under the guarantee of Mercan Optik.
