Warranty Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturers.

In order for the warranty conditions to remain valid, please make sure to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, you must request a damage report from the courier and refuse to accept the product.

Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of its original design are not covered under warranty.

Return Policy

If the product you purchased through our website is defective, you must contact us through the online support section on our website within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Following your notification, the defective product you send to us via the shipping company will be replaced with a new one.

If the defect is caused by customer use, or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

The procedures regarding product returns and exchanges are governed by Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
